As a member of the Board of Directors serving as the Treasurer, Manoucheka combines her rigorous analytical background with her firsthand industry knowledge to oversee the festival's financial health, budgeting, and fiscal compliance.
Born and raised in South Florida amidst a rich tapestry of diverse cultures, Manoucheka later relocated to the Tampa Bay area to attend the University of South Florida (USF). A dedicated and driven scholar, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, establishing a powerful foundation in corporate structure and asset management.
Her connection to the cinematic arts runs deep, stretching back to her time in junior high drama classes and local children's theatre. Driven by a desire to explore the mechanics of storytelling, she eventually transitioned behind the scenes—filming, editing, and producing everything from local events to independent skits. Manoucheka ultimately found her professional footing shooting music videos, which inspired her to found her own production company, M.Y.G Photography & Film, in 2021. Today, she is a highly sought-after producer and Director of Photography specializing in short films, music videos, and commercial production.
Coming from a proud family of entrepreneurs, Manoucheka is deeply passionate about community growth and loves patronizing local small businesses. When she isn't managing corporate ledgers or framing a perfect shot behind the camera, she unwinds by listening to music, enjoying long evening walks, and treating herself to an authentic plate of Caribbean food.
