WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, NTWCFF, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NTWCFF'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED $100.00 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NTWCFF and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
