As a member of the Board of Directors serving as the Industry Relations & Film Advocacy Liaison, Victoria leverages her extensive network and decades of industry insight to elevate the festival's prestige and champion independent voices.

An accomplished screenwriter, director, and producer, Victoria is the founder of A Movie Productions. Her distinguished body of work includes the award-winning short film Tiny Bacteria, which earned international acclaim and screened at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, as well as impactful projects like Out in the South. Her deep expertise spans the entire filmmaking ecosystem, from complex regional film permitting and budgeting to high-level creative collaboration.

At the New Tampa Wesley Chapel Film Festival, Victoria serves as a vital bridge to professional guilds, organizations, and the broader cinematic industry. She utilizes her storied legacy to recruit high-caliber festival jurors, shape curation strategies that reflect current industry trends, and advocate for the preservation and growth of independent film.
